We encountered a few issues while living in our unit and Thomas, the manager, has been AWESOME, at helping us fix any issue, and quickly at that. The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. I am so impressed with this beautiful apartment complex. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The manager, Thomas, is a dream to work with. Besides being kind and competent, he magically fixed any issues I had in seconds. Amazing!!! Maintence, Joel and Ricky were immediately on top of everything and the concierge people were very sweet and accommodating. I am extremely excited about my new home. The building and homes are elegant and luxurious, plus the amenities are unlike others in the area. The location is perfect - walking distance to Lenox, Phipps, Marta, AFC.
